1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mimmo Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Mimmo Engine is a visual novel editor that allows you to create games without programming. The service includes free basic features and paid advanced features.

3. Account and Registration

To use the service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activities on your account
• Be at least 14 years old (minimum age under GDPR for Italy, Art. 8 GDPR)

4. Plans and Payments

The Premium plan is a monthly subscription of €19 (VAT not applied: transaction carried out under the Italian flat-rate scheme pursuant to Art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, of Law 190/2014). The Free plan is free of charge. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. To purchase a subscription you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

• Except for the right of withdrawal set out below, amounts relating to subscription periods already used are non-refundable
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost
• Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance

Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason (Art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code). Because Premium is a digital service supplied immediately, by using the Premium features (for example .mimdisk export or Store publishing) before the 14 days expire you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance is complete (Art. 59(1)(o)). If you have not yet used the Premium features, you can exercise the withdrawal by writing to [email protected] and we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create with Mimmo Engine. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You agree to:

• Not create illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for fraudulent activities

6. Limitation of Liability

Mimmo Engine is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or third parties for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the service.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. Cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data may be retained for a limited period for legal or security purposes.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts in Italy.
